KEY FEATURES 
Body Construction:
Overall thickness of 100mm, consisting of inner and outer steel plates with two layers of inter-linked solid steel rod assemblies embedded in Chubbsafes proprietary steel fibre concrete barrier material. This construction provides formidable resistance against disc cutter attacks.
Door Construction:
Overall thickness of 208mm with an effective protective thickness of 100mm, also reinforced with two layers of inter-linked solid steel rod assemblies embedded in Chubbsafes proprietary steel fibre concrete barrier material for maximum strength against physical attacks.
Locking System:
Fitted with a 3-wheel Keyless Combination Lock and an 11-lever Key Lock (with non-detachable key bits) as standard. Both locks are protected by a Glass Relocker, further reinforced with drill-resistant hard plates. An additional ‘Live’ relocker provides extra protection against forced attempts.
Boltwork:
Door secured by 3-way moving steel bolts (32mm in diameter) with a full-length docking bolt securing the back edge of the door.
Fire Resistance:
Tested in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard JIS S1037:1981, offering up to 90 minutes fire protection.
